The crime rate in India is increasing day by day. On one hand the government is strongly implementing laws and also on other hand its catching the culprits but why is still the crime rate growing?

Generations together are getting changed for every 60 years of a normal human life span but still its bean difficult to control the crime rate in India. Indian sections are effective, Indian punishments are effective but still most of the time a culprit don’t feel the severity of the punishment he is going to get for the crime he is going to do and after doing it even though he knows the punishment he can’t escape know and so he has to accept his punishment. After his punishment time is over as he is now used to the punishment so he is again repeating the same crime. So, as this is case, what is the use of all these laws if they are of no use.

Ragging in India is bean sever during the years 2000 through 2005, police has used the method of banners show the punishments they are going to get if they do ragging in colleges. This somehow after long sessions of continuous publicity of anti-ragging and crimes on ragging. The ragging crime rate has gradually decreased to 1%(1 college out of 100 is now bearing a ragging case).

It is also said that for every crime there must be at least one educated person behind it.

It would be hard to cut a tree but it would be very easy to pluck the roots of a small plant. I wish the same to be done in reducing the crime rate in India.

In every school (either it may be affiliated to central board or state board) we have to introduce the COP syllabus as a COPsubject (COP stands for CRIME OFFERS PUNISHMENT). This subject should be introduced from 5^th class onwards. You might have thought negatively if you think that this syllabus describes how to make a crime. So I would clarify it to you that this subject doesn’t teach you how to make a crime but what punishment you will get if you do a particular crime. From 5^th class to 9^th class the syllabus should be divided as of the standard so that the child can understand what that crime is what punishment he will get if he does it in his future.

For example, a 5^th class standard student can understand what is a robbery. So crimes of such type and mainly their punishments should be added to the syllabus. A 7^th class student can understand what is a government political election and so all the crime like duplicate voting and any other crime of such kind and their punishment they are going to get should be involved in that subject. A 8^th class student can understand what the crimes done in traffic and the road accidents caused for not practicing traffic rules and hence all the traffic crime and their punishments should be involved in that year’s COP subject .

At last in 10^th standard all that he learnt in COP subject from 5^th to 9^th standard should again be revised by the student. In this way a person from his childhood will be afraid of doing the crime as he knows the punishment he is going to get if he does it. So now when the generations are changing from father to child the crime rate decreases instead of increasing like of now..

as the picuter show, when you ask the government people for public toilets a thousand times, still one is not built in your area, then what would u like to do when your are in a urgency and in need of a rest room? just do it,, you will not get ashamed whereas government officials should get ashamed because they are not able to build just a public toilet for a common man.

Recently I heard that a great business man from India named Rattan Tata gave a public statement that when he wanted to start a new business on airlines or something, some of the concerned officials who have the power to grant it (and permitting him to do the business) have asked him bribe of some millions of rupees for it to get granted. After hearing that he has to pay the bribe for such a great social project where very citizen can be proud of it, he just stopped the entire project.

This is not just him but every time a business man or an ordinary man who wants to do a small business or get a small personal task done, he/she has to pay lots of bribes or must at least have some political support in order to get his/her new business granted.

When we ask some of the officials who are in connection with taking bribes, they simply say “it’s not just me, every officer above me and every employee who is working with me or under me will also take bribe.” But when we ask a question to them that “leave about every one, what about you? Are you also corrupted like everybody?” then we may not get a proper answer.

Even though if at least one person has some professional ethics, the rest of them who are working with him or his superior who are ordering him will not let him to be with his good ethics. They just keep on poking him also to take the bribe and get corrupted.

In this universe no material is 100%pure,every material will have some impurity in it. In the same way every government employee may not be corrupted, there may be some good employees who don’t like to take bribe but are forced to do so. That one person is enough to make a change if the government is able to pass a bill on this kind of concept below:

if i am the cm or the pm of the country, i would like to pass a bill on this and make it get implemented as soon as possible:

Every employee[he] who has the authority to do something but was unable to proceed just because he don’t have the permission(or a signature) from his higher officials and when the higher officials are always restricting him to do that task, then he can directly put the letter to the division head(the ultimate supreme power of that governmental board/body) and the copies of the letter should also be sent to the district collector, concerned commissioners, Minister of that body and then he can proceed with what he want to do without telling to anybody who are objecting him to do the task.

I think you are not clear with it, I would like to explain you with an simple example, taking the police board:--

When a police constable would like to arrest a thief but was unable to arrest him just because his higher official say police sub-inspector is not allowing him to make him arrest that thief and when he goes to police inspector for getting permission but he also fails there. Then as 2 of this higher officials objected him to do a good task that is to arrest a thief then he can write a letter to the city police commissioner (ultimate power in the board) and the copies of the letter should be sent to collector, home minister and then he can simply arrest the thief and produce him in the court.

Note: The letter is not for showing that his higher officials are corrupted but it states that as the lower employee i.e., police constable is confident about what he is willing to do is good. (and it also states that he is doing good for maintaining his professional ethics. )

After doing what he wanted to do, if what he did is stated to be good then well and good but no harm is done and no action is taken on his higher officials who restricted him to do that(this is because his higher officials may think of arresting him a different way).

If that person (constable) does any mistake in arresting the thief or then he shall be ordered for further explanation and if he can’t explain his failure properly then further action will we taken on him for not listening to the higher officials and doing it on his own way. (this is because if every employee will do everything without taking permission then there will be a terrible mess of coordination among these two stages of employees. )

There should also be a restriction that If any employee uses 3 times uses this path to do 3 different tasks i.e., to do without taking permission from his higher officials all the three times, then if that employee is doing good, his higher superior will be called for explanation (for not allowing his subordinate to do those tasks.) and if his subordinate uses this path to do a task and fails to do it then he will be called for explanation for not listening to his superior and doing it on his own.

This can be applicable not only to police board but for every government body,

Another simple example,

if a student can pass in a exam if he gets 1 mark in that exam and his teacher goes to the principal requesting permission to give the student that one mark. If the principal denies to the teacher to give the student that 1mark. Then the teacher can directly write a letter to the correspondent, chairman of the school, and other higher authority and can just give the student that one mark without even intimating to the principal who has already refused to grant permission in doing so. As it is of a good cause, no harm is done to the teacher and no harm should also be done to the principal(because principal might have thought of it differently).

In this way we can break the chain of a bribe case where from top to bottom every employee either superior/normal employee everybody is corrupted and a good employee in the middle who don’t take bribe can break the chain and do the process by himself.

India has a lot of potential of working people who can even work all the 24hours without sleep, they even get money/income as stated for the work they do. India is situated on the globe to pass from the centre of the equator making it to have a moderate temperature all the time. There is no necessity for the people to have a glass of wine or beer or any other hot drink to keep themselves warm all the time. In spite of these normally hot & cold temperatures some people usually get addicted to hot drinks. Drinking over and over and soon loosing valuable lives. Some were unable to maintain all the needs of their families and hence breaking up just to drink every time. Some people who are addicted to drinks spend All the money they earn only for drinks.

Why should it happen only for a hard worker? Why can’t they control themselves from drinking? Why can’t they save these money spent on drinks for the future use?

If a child does a mistake his mother should take care of him in not doing the same mistake. Here the government should act like a mother to save her child from restricting him from over drinking. In spite of doing this, Indian government and some of the state governments under it are just enjoying the profits they are getting in terms of tax on these drinks, but not even from one corner of their heart they are looking into the person’s health who is getting over drunk every day.

I suggest a good solution to control these people who are addicted toward drinks and spoiling their life:

Every citizen of India has a unique card based on their income status, some have white card (stating that they earn low income) some have other kind of cards which represent their income stats. These cards are at present used for helping people who are poor to give them free health treatments, to provide free education and for some other purposes. This cards should also be applicable to measure the drinking of a person who drink.

3D’s CONCEPT:

If a person earns 100 rupees then he can only order a drink for 15 rupees and if a person earns 200 rupees then he can only order drinks for 30rupess. That is to perfectly say only 15% of his monthly income can be used for having drinks and not more than that. Every person who wish to have a drink must have a card called “Dinc card”(Drink INCome), a card which consists of this income details and the amount of money he spent on drinks in that same month. So whenever he goes to a bar or a pub or any other place he should carry that card for sure with him or else they shouldn’t be allowed to drink. each time he takes a drink the amount he spent on that drink is noted and so if he exceeds the amount of drink he can’t get anything more and he has to wait for the next month to have the drinks.

it should also be clear that the person's father/mother/wife lodging a letter to the municipal commissioner, then the person who is going to get 15% drinks from his 100% income, if the letter is lodged he can then only get only 10% drinks from this total 100% earnings/income. This is because if the wife or any other close person feels that he should be still restricted from that 15% drinking also, they can do it now. so that i feel that if that,

for exampe:

if a dad's total income is 1lakh rupees for month, so he can drink about 15000/-rupees which is still a huge amount with which if he gets hot-drinks with all his 15% he is still going to get his health damaged.so this close ones can now lodge a letter for restricting him to 10% drinking only.

I hope this could restrict the over drinking people and also help stabilize their lifes with control on hot drinks

Corrupted person should be Court-martialed from the Country, C3 act_ IDEA7

‘India is a under developed country’.. Most of the time many people use these kind of words but why is still India a under developed country. All the leaders who are in power, all the government servants, all the students, poor, rich, educated, uneducated and everybody who is a citizen of India should at least have one answer for this question and off course everybody may have more than one answer for why India a still under developed country.

There may be many answers for this question. But the majority of the citizens make a great deal of answering one simple answer that is BLACK MONEY. Some of the rich people without paying the taxes, getting profits illegally, storing them illegally and money laundering everything have become a major issue to be solved. Off course Indian government has already created a board “ACB-anti corruption board”, its becoming tougher for them to case all the culprits who have saved their money illegally. This board is just acting to work only if they know the right information of a particular person who is gaining his income illegally.

Saving the black money in the Swiss banks which has got many rules of maintaining secrecy in person’s account information has become an opportunity for all the corrupted people to save their black money. According to the surveys 75% of the Indian black money is saved in Swiss banks roughly of about $15 billion black money which makes India top in black money savers list.

A nation where more than 450 million live below the poverty line, which means they make less than $1.25/day and could probably use an easy cash advances from somebody. By bringing back the black money back to the country there is so much which can be done for the development of the nation and the people who live below poverty line. India will also be able to clear all their foreign debts in 24Hrs. Even if all the taxes are abolished, the government can maintain the country easily for 30 years.

They should work to find out the names of account holders in Swiss banks and also pressurize Swiss bank to get the black money back to the country. This has also become a matter of pride of nation and if the government still keeps silence about this issue then they will only be making themselves a laughing stock for the entire world.

As it is possible to pay 3times the money we have borrowed from Swiss bank, As it is possible to make India, a super nation, As it is possible to make our birth right to have our basic needs like food, water, clothes, good health, work(job) – if we get back these black money out of these banks.

Here is a democratic solution which can satisfy both the corrupted citizen as well as a good citizen in getting back all the black money :

AT FIRST,

Giving 6months time to the corrupted people to clear all the Swiss bank Accounts and transfer money to Indian banks which means they should bring all the money back from Swiss bank and they can open accounts in any of the Indian Banks and save money here in India.

SECONDLY,

All the money which is being transferred now from Swiss bank accounts to our Indian bank accounts, now giving them next 1&1/2 year time to show all the proofs that the money they saved in our banks are legally earned by them. If they think that the money that is being transferred is illegally maintained or earned by them. They should immediately transfer all the illegal black money to government funded accounts and spend about 25% on their legal money for 3years on national welfare activities in order to skip the punishment they are going to get according to Indian law for saving black money and under other sections of Supreme Court.

THIRDLY,

Some people argue that we are democratic why shouldn’t we save money in Swiss banks. Yes, they are right they can save their money but after making the first 2steps above into action, all the money they are going to save in Swiss bank shouldn’t be directly deposited, they should first deposit the money in Indian Banks and then from there they can transfer it to Swiss banks.

FOURTHLY,

If all the citizens of India who are having the accounts in Swiss banks ignore the above 3steps, they should be banned from the country, their (Indian) passport should be suspended and they should be taken into custody. All the cases under corruption, black money should be put on to that particular person.

FIFTHLY,

new branch should be set for keeping an eye on the INDIAN NRI's who travel to Swiss or other countries which have these kinds of rules like secret accounts.

LOKPAL BILL

As you can see, the colorful lokpal bill is also of a great deal on what sir,anna hazare is struggling on. even i support him for the bill to be passed. But please think with your conscience, will the bill be passed , yes but not now or even if it is passed i am sure that no proper implementation will be done for achieving it. i can strongly support my word because every Indian government which is in power purely depends on these corrupted people for getting their party funds for elections. so if they issue these kind of bill they won't get support from these bada black money crorepathis.. so there should be a solution which can satisfy where both the corrupted person as well as a normal citizen can satisfy with. and thus i have come with my idea of this kind of solution above. the only problem with corrupted people is they are feared that if they present their black money before the government they are going to face the punishment, thats the reason why-even if they want to give all the black money to the government, they can't and they keep on hiding it in some means.In my solution, i have stated that if they pay back all the black money their name will not be kept public in the black money corrupted people list and now you can get all the corrupted people also help us to give their black money back voluntarily.

i usually every weak give my clothes to the poor children (while i am going to the college in the bus stand) but i had a feeling why these poor children feel them selves poor... while i am giving clothes i always ask them to come with me so that i will make them join in a hostage home which are for poor children but they just ignore taking my old clothes they go away.
why these children are not going to have at least their primary education?
they are in need of money,food,shelter,clothing..and still why?
i asked a child, she said i came from there escaping.
i was surprised this is just because there is no proper implementation there..

in my government , i will not just establish laws but implement them until they reach to the heights of mountains. the main reason for these children not studying is first of all they have no money to eat to make them give energy to learn.so i promise the pension of Rs200/- as their pocket money along with mid-day meals and studying materials free of cost.
strict rules will be taken into action for dismissal of child labor and education compulsory policy will be established.

why are government workers not given a chance to participate in the direct elections?
In my government, even government servants will be given a chance to give their nominee in the elections and while they are going to give a nominee they shall be given a special leave along with 25% salary of their original salary given to them during elections.
they can again join their jobs after elections if they lost and if they win, they can also get power and after their service in power they again come and join their government jobs again and do their jobs until their retirement age comes .
rules for this:
they have to come and sign in their office daily
they should not leave the city
they should submit a report daily to the election commission
and theyhave to follow the e.c rules and regulations

TAXES only for the RICH-not for the MIDDLE CLASS & POOR_ IDEA4

ROAD TAX for all GOODS CARRIERS will be HIGHLY REDUCED and the carriers which carry daily needed goods like oils, vegetables, rice and any of such kind will be given highest priority in this task by dividing them into different categories.

ALL INDIA /STATE PERMITS will be given to most of the TOURIST VECHILES including big and small vehicles but seeing only on their maintenance, performance, customer care and experience.(this task is published after hearing a compliant from a old sister of age 57 who wanted to see all the surrounding places near a marked place for permit and did not see due to same cause for not having permit to see all the surrounding places also)

HOUSE TAXES will be 50% reduced if the house is owned by OLD PEOPLE.This is beacause the retired (or) the old people are just equal to the small children who can not still do any more work for the living and more over their children (or) their relatives will be asking them to write their properties to them (pressuring continuously) before they die.so if this is implemented they will not face any pressures until they die and they will be given protection of their houses.

ENTERTAINMENT TAX for film producers _&_TICKET RATES for common people WILL BE VERY HIGHLY REDUCED in cinemas task

In my government ,I shall pass a bill for having all the above tasks done and still more over, the prices of any product which is manufactured state wide will be given the less tax mixed price accurately and the very shop holder (a shop with at least 10 different products displayed) should and must have a billing receipt and its color Xerox copy should be handed over to the mother government and very customer will be insisted to take the bill receipt for at least one small product that is produced.

I conclude that the people of India are in need of ‘tax less paying’ government for which I suggest that I will always fight for the people to make them pay less and correct taxes which helps themselves and mother government
